How to get direct sharing links for test plans

Overview

This article explains how to get a direct sharing link to a specific test plan. By sharing the obtained link with other members, you can guide them to the test plan smoothly.

Prerequisites

• You must be connected to a remote workspace.

• You must have access to the workspace where the target test plan exists.

Steps

There are two ways to get a sharing link for a test plan:

Get it from the test plan screen

1. Open the target test plan.

2. Click Copy link on the right side of the test plan name.

   

3. The message "Link copied to clipboard" will be displayed on the screen, and the link will be copied.

Get it from the test plan list screen

1. Go to the test plan list screen.

2. Click Copy link at the right end of the target test plan row.

   

3. The message "Link copied to clipboard" will be displayed on the screen, and the link will be copied.

Notes

• The user opening the shared link must also have access to the target workspace. If they do not have access or if the test plan has been deleted, the error message "This link cannot be opened" will be displayed.

• Copy link is displayed only when connected to a remote workspace.

• Opening a shared link launches the Autify Nexus desktop app and directly displays the corresponding test plan.
