In Autify, the total number of scenarios that can be created across all remote workspaces is predefined according to your contract. When this limit is reached or exceeded, an alert will be displayed within the Autify Nexus application to notify you, helping you manage your scenario count appropriately.
About Alerts for Exceeding the Scenario Count Limit
When the number of scenarios exceeds the defined limit, an alert message will be displayed on the scenario list screen in Autify Nexus.
This alert is displayed based on the total number of scenarios shared across multiple remote workspaces. The alert will be displayed as long as the number of scenarios exceeds the limit.
When Alerts Are Displayed
Alerts are displayed when the number of scenarios exceeds the limit due to the following operations:
Creating new scenarios: If creating a new scenario causes the total count to exceed the limit.
Duplicating Scenarios: When duplicating an existing scenario results in the scenario count exceeding the limit.
Importing Scenarios: When importing scenarios results in the scenario count exceeding the limit.
How to Resolve the Alert
To resolve the alert, you need to reduce the number of scenarios to below the limit. The alert will automatically disappear once you delete unnecessary scenarios.
