Autify Nexus requires a valid license to run. You should have received a licensing file or an email containing instructions on how to activate Autify Nexus when you signed up. Here are some potential issues/errors you may encounter if Autify Nexus or your license is improperly configured.

Error: “No license detected or invalid license”

A properly configured license file has not been detected in your local or cloud environment.

Resolution

When signing up for Autify Nexus, you should have received either a .autifylicense file or a server URL via email. To activate your license, either upload the .autifylicense file by clicking Select file on the login screen, or enter the server URL into the corresponding input box and click Log in.

If you haven’t received license or server information or are unsure which method to use, please contact our support team.
