A Shared Data Table is a feature that allows a data table created in the Data tab of a scenario to be reused by other scenarios in the same workspace. Since the same data can be reused across multiple scenarios, it reduces the effort required for data management.
How to use
1. Share an existing data table
Make a data table in the current scenario available to other scenarios.
Open the target scenario and open the Data tab.
Open the menu ( ⋮ ) next to the data table name (e.g., "Data.csv").
Click Share.
Enter a Name in the Share this data table dialog.
Click Share.

2. Reference a shared data table from another scenario
Link the shared data table to another scenario. Ensure that no data is registered in the Data tab of the target scenario before doing this.
Open the target scenario and open the Data tab.
Click the Shared Data Table button.
Select the shared data table you want to use from the list displayed. You can narrow down the list by entering keywords in the search field if necessary.
Click Done.

3. Edit a shared data table
Change the name or contents of the shared data table.
Change the name: Open the menu ( ⋮ ) next to the data table name and click Edit.
Edit the contents: Edit the table displayed in the Data tab directly.
Note: When you click Save in the scenario after editing, a confirmation screen will appear if the shared data table is also being used in other scenarios. Check the details, and if there are no issues, click Save again.
4. Remove the sharing setting and revert to regular data
Remove the reference to the shared data table from the scenario and retain it as scenario-specific data.
Open the Data tab.
Open the menu ( ⋮ ) next to the data table name and click Revert to regular data.
5. View and delete shared data tables
Manage the shared data tables saved in the workspace.
Open Workspace Resources from the left menu.
Open the Shared Data Tables tab.
You can view the shared data tables from the list. Expand a row to see a preview.
To delete, click the trash can icon on the target row, and click Delete on the confirmation screen.
Note
To delete a shared data table, it must not be referenced by any other scenarios. If it is being used in other scenarios, it cannot be deleted.

Note
A scenario can only reference one shared data table.
Please note that if you delete a column from a shared data table or replace data via CSV upload, which changes the column structure, the settings referencing that column in a scenario step may become invalid.
